In the UK, Baxter supports initiatives to contribute towards making the work place an environment where men and women can flourish.  These include networks, support for individuals taking family breaks, sharing insights into how others have grown and developed their careers, workshops to build a variety of personal competencies, leadership courses, articles and research, peer to peer mentoring as well as partnering with external industry bodies on industry wide initiatives.

Early Career Professionals

In the UK, Baxter has launched a network of individuals who can contribute to attracting and developing future talent. Through formal and informal initiatives those in the early stages of their careers are informed, encouraged and supported by this growing network. Young professionals themselves, this network are well placed to reach their peers within Baxter - providing opportunities to discuss and advance development, as well as reaching prospective new employees by attending a variety of career fairs, college and school events.
