Innovation Toolkit - supporting frontline NHS staff

Our Innovation Toolkit aims to help support frontline NHS employees. In collaboration with healthcare professionals in Greater Manchester, Baxter has developed a new toolkit to support frontline NHS employees to introduce innovative approaches to service delivery. The toolkit brings together a range of tools and resources in an accessible guide. It will help those considering new approaches, such as expanding self-management of care to move it out of hospital and closer to home, find the most effective routes to delivering change.

The toolkit outlines the benefits of innovative technologies in moving care closer to home and provides a simple step-by-step guide for those wishing to take a lead in transformation. It includes guidance on making the case for change; embedding change; and monitoring and scaling innovation signposting to a wealth of resources including from NHS Improvement, educational institutions, NESTA and NHS Digital.
